These conditions are concluded between, from one part, the company KANABEACH with a capital of 392 000€, registered at the Brest RCS under the number B339792012, NIITVA FR4133979201200074, and located in Locmaria-Plouzané, ZA de Pen Ar Menez, France, and, on the another part, all the people who want to buy via the webshop KANABEACH (http://www.kanabeach.com).
Payment term : Credit card
The payment is done through our partner gateway: the Credit Agricole. Your credit card details are encoded thanks to the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and never transit in clear on the network. The payment is directly done through the bank. www.kanabeach.com do not have any access to those details and do not keep it on its server.
This is why your credit card details are required for each new transaction on our web-shop.
Freight costs:
The carriage prices are those of our partner La Poste Colissimo and depend on the country indicated on the delivery address.
Validity of the offer:
Those conditions applied for all the duration of the on line publishing of the services offered by the society KANABEACH and within the limit of the stock availabilities.
Delivery time:
The average delivery terms are from 8 to 15 days, except for out of stock articles. The parcel is delivered to your address, in case of absence, the carrier will let you a passing note.
Satisfied or refunded:
You have 10 days to send back your article, ask for an exchange or for a refund. Before, you imperatively have to contact us to the following address boutik@kanabeach.com in order to get a return number. The freight costs in case of return will be at your expense.
Jurisdiction:
The court of Brest (France) will have exclusive jurisdiction in case of any claim, dispute even in case of warranty or plurality of defendants.
